Beylikova
Beylikova is a district of Eskişehir Province, surrounded by Alpu and Mihalıççık districts in the north, Mahmudiye and Sivrihisar districts in the south. The district is located east of the provincial centre.
The territory of the district, formerly known as "Beylikahır", is believed to have been used for horse breeding since the Seljuk dynasty. The district centre was founded in 1890 by Pomaks coming from the town of "Byala Slatina" in Bulgaria.
