First day

If you start your visit from the city center, you may want to see Sheikh Edebali Tomb, Ottoman Sultans History Strip, Bilecik City Hall, Clock Tower and Bilecik Museum to explore the cultural heritage of the city. After a short stroll in the city center and some window shopping, you can take a car and explore Söğüt, the hometown of the Ottoman Empire. There, you can watch the changing of the guard of the Kayı Alps, who stand guard in front of Ertuğrul Gazi. For lunch, you can try the traditional lentil ravioli, oven kebab, Bilecik Stew, Ovmaç Soup, Finger and Balaban Meatballs, followed by the famous quince dessert, Pazaryeri Halva with Ice Cream, and Ottoman Quince Delights. Afterwards, you can choose to go to one of the ecovillages to discover Turkish rural life and craftsmanship. Don't forget to look around while driving so you don't miss any monuments on the way. After you finish your tour, try another traditional restaurant. If you don't like pastries, you might want to try the quail kebab.

The second day

Bilecik stands out with its fertile lands and diverse fauna and flora. So, starting the day with a pottery workshop in Pazaryeri district, Kınık Village, then Bozcaarmut, Small apple natural nature parks, small hasankeyf Günyurdu pond, then Osmaneli Historical Houses, Priest's Mansion, Aya Yorgi Church, Sakarya River, and then Yenipazar Harmankaya Canyon Nature Reserve. You may want to create a route towards one of the natural beauties of the city such as Park, İnhisar Waterfall, Kınık Waterfall and Bozüyük Metristepe, Erikli Plateau Atatürk Mansion, Kömürsu Plateau. After this long day, you may want to have a light dinner and return to the hotel early. But don't forget to taste the boza, a specialty product found even in the smallest parts of the region.
