Buca
Buca is a district of Izmir province in Turkey. It is bordered by Konak to the north, Bornova to the northeast, Kemalpaşa to the east, Torbalı to the south, Menderes to the southwest, Gaziemir and Karabağlar to the west. With a population of 517,963, it is the most populous district of Izmir.[3]
It is known that there has been a settlement in Buca since ancient times. Buca is a cultural and historical town with its history dating back to 130 BC and witnessing many civilizations. Buca contains many artifacts with its historical past.
