Çanakçı
Çanakçı is the smallest district of Giresun province in terms of population. It is located in the inner parts of Giresun and has no coast to the sea. While it was a sub-district of Görele district, it later became a district. Its general structure is forested. Scattered settlements are seen like the entire Black Sea Region. The whistled language used by the local people in the district and known as "Kuşdili" was included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List by UNESCO in 2017 as the Turkish bird language.
