Gelendost
Gelendost is a district of Isparta province.
On September 17, 1176, the Battle of Miryokefalon took place in this district. This battle is of great importance for Turkish history. In 1930, Gelendost became a township and on June 16, 1950, a town municipality was established. Later, it became a district with the law dated March 6, 1954 and numbered 6324.
