Havsa is a district of Edirne.

Havsa is located in the northern half of Edirne and on the Konya plateau. It borders Kırklareli in the east, Edirne central district in the west, Suloglu in the north and Uzunköprü in the south.

There are no mountains in the district; there are hills lined up in the north-south direction. The highest of these low-elevation splayed hills is Doğruk Tepe. The depth of the valleys is small. The wide floor of one of these valleys is known as the Ottoman Plain. The main rivers are Oğulpaşa, Necatiye, Kuleli, Darıdere and Aşırıdere. These are tributaries of the Ergene River. There are no natural lakes in the district, but there are artificial ponds.
