Kazımkarabekir
Kazımkarabekir (formerly known as Gaferiyat) is a district of Karaman province and the city that is the center of this district.
Located on the D-715 highway, the district is 23 km from Karaman and 76 km from Konya. It was established on the northern foothills of a part of the Taurus Mountains, called Hacıbaba Mountain among the local people. It gained district status in 1989 when Karaman became a province.
