Osmancık

Osmancık (former name: Aflanos) is a district of Çorum and located in the north of the province. Osmancik; It is located in the Black Sea Region, at the intersection of the Central Black Sea and Western Black Sea parts. It is located in the north of Çorum. Osmancık, located on the road (D100) connecting the Black Sea Region and the Eastern Anatolia Region to the west, is 61 km away from Çorum city center. It is 171 km from Samsun, 304 km from Ankara and 570 km from Istanbul. It is at the junction of the Central Anatolia region and Samsun-Istanbul roads. It neighbors Samsun in the northeast, Amasya in the east and Sinop in the northwest. It is located within the Northern Kızılırmak basin.
