Serdivan
Serdivan is a district of Sakarya province. It is 5-6 km west of Adapazari. Serdivan was formed by immigrants who settled here as a result of the Turkey-Greece population exchange. After the 1999 Gölcük earthquake, its population increased rapidly and it became a municipality in 1982 and a district in 2008. It is one of the 4 metropolitan districts of Sakarya province.
