Uludağ

Uludağ, located in Bursa province, is Turkey's largest winter and nature sports centre with an altitude of 2,543 m. Uludağ is the highest mountain in the Marmara Region. The length of Uludağ, which stretches in the northwest-southeast direction, reaches 40 km. Its width is 15-24 km. The slopes of this mountain, which has a massive and imposing appearance, facing Bursa are gradual, while the sides facing Orhaneli to the south are flat and steeper. The highest point is Uludag peak (2.543 m) located in the lakes region. The high peak seen when approaching Bursa from a distance and in the hotels area is generally perceived as a summit. However, the name of that hill that looks like a summit is Keşiş Hill and its height is 2.486 m. Uludağ Hill (2.543 m) is located 5 km southeast of Keşiş Hill. There are Sarıalan, Kirazlı, Kadı, Sobra plateaus on the north side of the mountain.
